If there's one video you watch today, make it this one.

It gives me CHILLS every time I watch it.

Everyone should strive to be like this man.

Let's see what he's up to.

This video was taken at the Sasquatch Music Festival in 2009.

The quality is shitty, the camera is shaky, and it makes me love it even more.

So what's going on?

For the first 17 seconds, there is a man dancing and making CRAZY moves by himself in the middle of the festival grounds.

Everyone around him probably thinks he's nuts.

He's making a fool of himself....right?

Then at 18 seconds, another man joins in on the craziness.

They start dancing together and continue the craziness.

Everyone around is wondering what the hell they're doing.

Then at 54 seconds, we have a third adopter.

He joins in on the fun too.

At 1:12 seconds, two more join.

At 1:14 seconds, three more join.

Now DOZENS of people join in on the craziness.

It's starting to seem a little less crazy, and a little more normal now.

At 1:28, you can see a man in a white shirt SPRINTING towards the crowd. They're all having fun without him!

Before you know it, there are HUNDREDS of people in a huge crowd, having a blast.

2 minutes ago, this man was crazy. Now he's a trailblazer.

So why is this my favorite video of all time?

Because it's a great example about how one person can do what everyone else thinks is crazy, and turn it into the norm.

This guy spent A LONG TIME dancing by himself, not caring what a single soul around him thinks.

He's having a great time and doesn't care who knows it.

It's a testament to the determination that is necessary to be successful.

So let's transfer this into the business world.

Business is filled with people who were told that their ideas were "crazy" and wouldn't work.

Many of them are now household names.

Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Travis Kalanick, etc.

These men and the dancing festival guy didn't care what the people around them said.

They continued down their "crazy" path.

Then their methods became the norm, and they went from "crazy" to "trailblazer".

This is the way to live life.

Don't live in fear of what others think about you or how you look.

That's only a waste of energy.

Instead, spend that energy on achieving your goals and dreams.

Cheers,

Collin Rutherford:
